2. Personalization Questions
If you have a question about your text, script, or design before ordering, email us and we will help.
If you need to correct your personalization after ordering, email us within 12 hours of placing your order, before production starts. Please include your order number and the exact corrected text.
3. Orders and Shipping
For order status, tracking, delivery problems, or address changes, email us with your order number. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Pieces
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, or to request a return, email us with your order number, a short description, and photos where relevant.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will send you the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to our business address or to the sender address on your parcel.
